Returns & Refunds

EU customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To start a return, log in to your Customer Account and follow the return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for sending the item back unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible with supporting photos.
